Before you decide

I've never lifted weights before — is this for me?+
Absolutely. A huge number of my clients start from scratch. Every programme is built from your current level — we progress at your pace, with proper technique coaching from day one.
What's the difference between in-person and online?+
In-person means I'm with you in the gym, coaching every rep. Online coaching gives you the same quality programme and accountability, but you train independently with weekly video check-ins and ongoing support.
How long until I see results?+
Most clients feel noticeably stronger and more energetic within 3-4 weeks. Visible body composition changes typically come by weeks 8-12. But the biggest change? Your mindset shifts in the first fortnight.
Can I switch between tiers?+
Yes. Your coaching adapts as your life does. Want to move from Bronze to Silver? No problem. Need to switch to online for a few months? We'll make it seamless.
